Storytelling

For Story Collider I told my story of diving (and peeing) in Alvin and that time my heart started acting like the hummingbird of doom.

I co-produced four shows with Ari Daniel and Erin Barker in July 2014, January 2015, July 2015 and March 2016 for Story Collider.

For The Corner in Lewiston, Maine I’ve been a pre-picked storytelling several times, and came in third place for the story slam in May 2016. I even hosted once.

Radio, Podcasts, Blogs, & Videos

I wrote an article on how to write a press release for AGU’s The Plainspoken Scientist.

Rob Moir of The Ocean River Institute invited Bryce Stewart and myself onto his show to talk scallops.

My husband and I created a video on scallop reproduction to enter into the 2016 ‘Dance Your Ph.D.” contest. We did not win, however.

AGU’s The Plainspoken Scientist gave me the chance to write about the benefits of audio. I have a compilation audio piece as part of this post.

Maine Calling appearances on the Art of Storytelling and Maine Scallops. Pitched and helped produce Maine’s aquaculture and 50th anniversary of the Darling Marine Center and Maine Scallops.
